Allowed

• Downloading public media you own, created, or are authorized to save;
• Personal viewing, offline watching, backup of your own content;
• Uses permitted by fair use / fair dealing in your jurisdiction, at your own responsibility.

Not allowed

• Downloading content you are not authorized to save;
• Reuploading, redistributing, or publicly sharing downloaded media;
• Commercial use of downloaded media without rights-holder permission;
• Attempting to bypass DRM, paywalls, authentication, private-content restrictions, or CAPTCHA;
• Automated bulk scraping, rate-limit evasion, or interfering with the service;
• Using ClipSave to attack, probe, or exploit other systems (our security controls log and block these attempts).

Enforcement

Violations may result in rate limiting, blocking, and — where accounts exist — suspension. Illegal use may be reported to authorities.
